In the present year due to the sudden start of something bad like the disease of coronavirus, we all have gone through a tough major money-based problem that (in the end) led to many other problems. The recorded results of covid testing show that a large number of families lost their dear ones due to this coronavirus. In this season of coronavirus, we came to know the importance of strong (not able to be harmed / not able to get a disease) power as many of the patients just survived from this wild virus due to their strong procedure (that protects people from disease) power. Not only to fight this virus but in a common and regular way, also we always need to stay strong and healthy. In this article, let us discuss a few health care tips for 2021.

1) Homemade foods: Food prepared at home is much healthier as compared to foods sold by vendors. But today's youth badly wants mostly for taste and secondly, their busy schedules often force them to depend on outside food. A homemade eating lot of different healthy foods prepared with less oil and spices plays a great role in keeping all of us healthy in the long run. In the last few years, hospitals have recorded more and more patients suffering from (stomach-related) and (irritability) and (bitter digestive liquid) pains. This mostly is caused due to eating unhealthy food. After an age, say 40 years, eating habits, the number of food intakes, and time should be scheduled. This helps to keep body and weight in form.

 


2) Vegetables and fruits are a must: Though we eat vegetables every day and fruits as well now it is time to focus on some particular vegetables like green leafy ones to be eaten regularly. Fruits and salads are the best to start the day. Fruits are a great source of vitamins. Including bananas in the breakfast menu is good as it helps digestion and you don't feel hungry before noon. A glass of juice or milk is always welcomed. A chart of vegetables and fruits that serves the needed vitamins to our body which says at least one green and one fruit a day is a must for every age.

 



3) Exercises, yoga, and deep thinking: It's an old saying, health is wealth.
To stay fit and healthy, only food is not extremely important and recommended but we all require our muscles to exercise. There are many forms of exercise like walking, jogging, yoga, etc. Regular physical exercises starting from an early age is extremely important for everybody to stay fit and active. Yoga and deep thinking are silent forms of exercise and hugely helpful for mental health. The doctors explained how these regular physical exercises help to overcome muscle-related pains and keep them strong and working in the long-run.

 

4) Early to bed and early to rise: This is the phrase that we get to hear most in our childhood days. But in those days, we never achieved the hidden secrets behind these words. Having a fixed time to sleep and wake-up is truly advantage-giving. A sound sleep is a must to keep the body and brain fit.

 

5) Give time to yourself: In this very busy working schedule of every day, mostly we never look after ourselves before the end of the day. Well, it is most extremely important to take at least 10 minutes to break after every hour or two and just empty your mind and relax. Having some water or juices will be the best. Or else simply close your eyes and relax your brain and body muscles.

6) Laughing loudly at least once a day: Laughing loudly is the best medicine free of cost that makes you live longer without making any big investment or spending time after it.
